I have to go 5 stars on this one. I also had an American Home Shield claim. Greg and Nancy handled it very efficiently. The only out-of-pocket was for the refrigerant as per the policy. Greg was very knowledgeable, replaced my AC coil quickly and got me back up and running. He gave me some other advice for some related issues, and I am following that up as well! I would highly recommend Greg to anyone looking for a quick and efficient repair.
