Our Mission at Hilliard Heating & Cooling, Inc.

In 2002, Greg Hilliard had already been in the heating and air conditioning industry for over sixteen years. He could see there was a significant need for an integrity-based HVAC company in the Twin Cities area.

Together with his wife Nancy and a couple of close friends, they sat down at the family dining room table and started to “doodle.” The goal was to come up with a logo for the company in the works. After critiquing each design, they ultimately agreed on Greg's logo and the vision grew. We have been providing homes with perfect climates ever since.

Greg put together a team of licensed, bonded, and insured technicians who will ensure that your HVAC needs and expectations are thoroughly met. To accomplish our goals, we have set the following objectives:

• Attract, develop, and retain staff who are committed to their growth, the growth of the company, and to guarantee your satisfaction
• Build the service division to ensure long-term customer satisfaction
• Create, maintain, and enforce our standard operation procedures manual that covers all areas of daily operations
• Develop and maintain a mutual satisfying relationship with all of our suppliers and vendors
• Establish and maintain a training program to ensure quality installations
